The hotel room I stayed in during the spring weather was extremely disgusting. While the brightness was a plus, the overall cleanliness was a letdown with dust and bed covers filled with black hair. The staff was unprofessional and very rude, which affected the overall experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was outstanding, close to everything in Casablanca and with room for improvement, the service was nice and friendly. However, the rooms were extremely disgusting and the dining was just OK. The facilities, though, were good.
